Do we have an Owner’s manual maintenance log?

I did my first oil change at 1,000 miles today and wanted to write down the service but don’t see anywhere to do so in the handful of small books that came with the truck. I know the main manual is in the touchscreen but am I missing something for somewhere to write down services performed or do they not include that anymore?

I know the FordPass App has a spot to record services but it won’t save mine and when I click the phone icon to contact Ford the number is out of service, go figure.

Not sure. I will wait till 5k for first service, but I have never kept up with them other than going every ~7500 miles after that.
