DMH cutout motor burned out.....my fault as I hit the button while driving in wet muddy conditions.
I took my DMH cutout apart and found the motor/actuator is made by MULTI products co
Called and talked with Lori Patzke.
I gave her my CC and she is shipping out a new part ASAP! Nice to get some good service associated with this cutout. Got shipping notification 3hours later.
I told her a bunch of us may need the same part and I would pass on the info.
This was her email back to me. Hope this helps

We don’t at the present time have it on our website as the motor is still in production.
Normally I would refer you Back to DMH, our OEM customer but his customer service is shall we say somewhat lackluster.
