What CAI is that?
Hennessey (comes with a K&N, aluminum induction pipe and crappy cast mounts.)

Isnt Henessey now Roush or something? At least for the super chargers?http://www.hennesseyperformance.com/62raptorintake.html
A turd is a turd no matter what you call it!
lol nice, just posted my summary: http://www.fordraptorforum.com/f5/hennessey-really-bad-16641/index3.html#post316623
Sorry about your bad luck.. Hennessey is in it for Hennessey.. If it is a SEMA vehicle or high profile vehicle it is done right. The average joes car/truck is just an expensive sticker kit and subpar aftermarket parts..
THEY F***ED WITH THE WRONG PERSON!
the supercharger its self Hennessey uses now in their kits is a Roush, but that's not the problem.
Enough Bashing. I have a Hennessey 600 supercharged with the Roush tuner kit. IT RUNS GREAT... no problems at all. over 19,500 miles in first year with the Landrush 1000 and the Snoball 500. This is very fast and air filter is no worse than any others. Roush uses a k&n element with roush logo on it. Put a prefilter sock on it if you want. This system uses a plastic intake tube, aluminum intake tubes are not recommended due to heat. If you run offroad things get dusty and dirty, you cannot stop everything unless you keep it on the road.
