where are the lights grounded at? all the same ground? good connections from the ground eyelet? bare metal ground? battery ground?
They are all grounded on a bolt on the frame. I can test the ground on the wiring of the light and get low resistance on the housing of the led, the mount and the frame. So seems the ground is fine.

I went ahead and replaced the connectors on the lights. I wanted to do this anyway so that i could use them on as my factory fog wiring or upfitter 1. I replaced the connectors and the lights do the same on the factory wiring. I switch my other pair of lights to that same circuit and work fine.

see new connectors/pin

Here’s a quick video with the lenses removed from the light.

They seem fine when the truck is off. Only when running they will get a bit brighter with higher rpm then dim/flicker when dropping rpm.

Yup, what he said. I think you’ve ruled out the truck circuitry.
