Diff lock stuck on

My diff lock is stuck on. Is there away to disable it without pulling the carrier out?
I disconnected the dash switch in hopes that it was bad and unplugging it would default to “off” but that didn’t work.

any ideas?

Pull the connection apart down by the rear.

You could try a battery disconnect.

I will disconnect the battery today and check the connection by the rear

If it is still locked after connector pulled , something mechanically is locking it , there was a thread while back another person had same thing and his diff was toast.

so that’s not good. It’s suck locked too.

What’s the general price of the electronic locking diff in these trucks?

$600 +/- could be less if you can just buy the parts that broke and not rebuild anything.
But if your looking to do it right, it could more depending what else broke.

What’s the general price of the electronic locking diff in these trucks?

Tasca has the diff for $422. I eliminated it.
