I have this issue since I bought this truck 1 and half years ago. At first I found out that is squeaky. clunking sound from the chassis when I drive out my driveway every morning and also at times after I parked for a while. Later on I found out when I back up, some time front wheel just locked up, has to overcome great force to make wheel turning then stop again. All those made me suddenly realized that that it is 4WD is somehow engage for no reason. all those will go away while I drive for while that is when I know 2H is final engaged.
I always on 2H, changed hub and IWE valve, problems still exist, don't want to keep changing things, anyone can point me to right direction for this delayed 2H engagement? Any chance transfer case gone wrong?
