Default dash at start

Dash default upon turning on ignition, the default screen goes to trailer information. This starting happening after I used my trailer a week ago. I keep resetting to DIGITAL SPEEDOMETER, but it reverts back to trailer after engine stop.
Any ideas to get it back to factory default?

This occurs because there is an “active” trailer selected. In the Instrument Cluster, go to the Towing tab and select “Trailer Setup”. Then go to “Trailer Options”, choose “Change Trailer Selected” and press OK, then select “No Active Trailer” and press OK.
