Well I hope it works out for you.
You may have a bad PCM, there are a few guys on here that had to get them replaced.
It's like $1,000 or so.

I don't know if I posted this in the original but I drove this truck for months with no issues. Then all of a sudden I get a mis fire. That's why I'm not inclined to think it is PCM to all of sudden give me issues.

Ok so I put on the straight pipe and ran it. Took 10 miles for misfire to kick in.
Now got new engine code:
P0208
Cylinder 8 injector circuit open

I should have mentioned you to clear the KAM again with a battery disconnect.
Removing cats is a major change. I'm not saying that's the fix, but its necessary.
You do not have to reflash the Tune.

Did you move around the wiring harness?
I'd check the three plugs on the PCM, you can open the back of the plugs to look inside and see if the wires are snugg in each of the pins.
Make sure those three wire harnesses are not pulling down on the plugs themselves.

Did you swap the front O2s yet?

You know it just clicked with me that you said you had the ARH cats, so I'm assuming you have their headers, right?
I know you have researching on here awhile but just incase you missed this one.
Did know about member MetroNYC and JDM finding all the tack welds had broken and he had major exhaust leaks.
To not fully weld the primary tubes to plate on both sides is a joke.

So check each plug and every single pin in each plug? Or do you know the specific number I would be looking for ?

hey i am gonna have ford trace the wire that goes to injector 8 and see if there is damage and replace it. I feel like that is the only reasonable thing besides a damaged PCM at this point. Any objections to this?

I was hoping to hear you found a bad connection.

If you do go back to Ford have them check that front drivers O2 wires as well.
