GEN 2 Current Ford Credit Interest Rate

I have a 805 credit score and my ford rate was 8%....needless to say I laughed and got my own financing. I used Wells Fargo at 3.5%. My last two auto loans were .9 and 1.5% but rates have gone up. Lady at wells fargo said mine was the best rate she'd seen in 6 months.

My CS is 830 and got 2.99% from my CU.

Also Alliant Credit Union gave me 1.99% a little over a year ago

Got 3.11% at my credit union three weeks ago. Get financing first before you buy. Dealerships can get quotes and add a point or more and the bank will kick back the difference. That is what I was told

I don't know whether to be PO'ed or happy. Put 5 down, financed the rest at 2.99 for 48 months. I have exceptional credit and honestly thought I could get a better rate. This is with a CU.

They're not terrible we just got used to ridiculously low rates for so long. Historically they're still very low.
