I'll give it another try. I just picked up the same thermostat you have. I also finally found the square type o-ring/gasket. I'm gonna go to Ford get new bolts and a new housing. I guess you'd say I'm starting all over again. Sounds silly all this fuss for such a small leak! I'm a lead QA inspector for SpaceX's vehicle that takes astronauts to and from the Space Station. We can't, and will never accept any leaks of anything what so ever. Kinda part of my DNA! Thanks for the help MTF.
