Guess I’m not crazy. At least on a ‘19 the option doesn’t exist in the center stack. It’s done from the fob.

Intelligent access - enable/disable. I have it set now, so if I place a couple of fingers inside the drivers door handle it will unlock all doors and not just the drivers anymore.

The button sensor outside on the handle of the drivers door will open just the driver’s door or lock all doors still. I imagine front passenger exhibits the same behavior. It’s quick enough to leave the fob in your pocket and finger the inside drivers handle to open the back doors, so I’m happy now. Best we are going to get.
