Nope, this has been tried and tested several times. The dealer has to see more than a few key cycles for them to pass some sort of initialization. If they see them then everything is good.
Another idea is just put the stock tune in a few days before you bring it to the dealer. At least in my area it's not like you call the dealer for service and bring it in the next day. Out here you have at least two weeks before the car can be brought in so that's enough times you can go to Starbucks start it 3 times a day for 1 week you should be fine.
