@Jdselig Could you check the part number on one of your struts to see if it matches what is on your work order? The number is on the bottom side of the perch.

The part number on my replacement front shocks match the part number on the invoice. My front clunk is gone. Fixed

To recap.. I had a rear replaced a month ago and the two fronts last week. I still hear a clunk from the rear on the side that hasn’t been replaced.

Ford replaced one, threw chassis ears on and decided to order the pass side, the clunk is 90% better, so I'm happy, but glad they're replacing the other.

Ford should make it standard practice to just replace at least both front, but glad its getting repaired.

Could you check the part number on the one that was replaced?

When my dealer looked at my shocks clunking, they said they found an error code that they could not find a reference for. They closed it with a could not duplicate and left it at that. Anyone else have any fault codes?

Why is this collar orange and the other post it is grey?

Got mine back today…wow what a difference!! WAY BETTER NOW! Granted I drove 10 miles home from the dealer but immediately noticed a difference.
