I just spoke to my dealer, who has yet to even put Chassis ears on and the service tech said "our foreman called ford to see if this is a known issue and Ford said they haven't seen this issue enough to publish a TSB or SSM, so we're at a loss for what to do next".. Funny thing is, they had the SSM in my folder the last time I brought it in for the same issue.. I told my service rep the SSM number, he pulled it up and read it to me and gave me the ol' we'll talk to the foreman again on Monday and get to the bottom of this.
There's no way they called Ford because Ford would have given them the SSM. Getting tired of ****** service and them blatantly lying, this dealer definitely lost my trust.
