Let me know what you think. Here are the details.

Blue 2011, $25500. W/ 144k miles.
Black 2012, $32000. W/ 95k miles.

Both full loaded. 12 has the front camera and bed cover (and Torsen front of course). Price on the 11 saves $105 a month on payment at the same term or $32 a month and it’s paid of a year sooner.

Same seller. Local wholesaler that sells to the public when he gets clean trucks. Claims they are both immaculate with local owners. I want to go look at them in person before spending the money on the Carfax but that will tell more of the story.

Personally, I'd buy at the carfax before looking at either. You might rule one out before you even go look at them, or rule out both.

That being said, I'd opt for the 12.

Auto check says they’re both one owner. From Alberta and BC. Not a deal breaker considering I live in a border state and about 1/3 of the used trucks I see are from up there. He also has a third Raptor almost identical to the 2012, same mileage and price.

Drive both of the '12s and offer him 30k for the one you prefer. All of them will likely have some leakage on the shocks (especially the fronts) and are due for a rebuild. Use that as leverage on the price.

Coming from BC, check for rust. I had a little on my frame, rocker panels, etc. Hopefully, some A-hole at the dealer didn't shoot undercoating all over to cover up rust and/or the shocks (I saw a couple when I was searching).

They shot undercoating on them. It was the kind of place that sells shady auction trucks. If I had to guess the blue one even had some sort of flood damage. I ran the other way from both these trucks.
