The passenger side hanger is temporary. The drivers side hanger is mostly done.

The passenger side will be like the drivers side hanger and it will go to the trans cooler.

Once I like the location of everything I'll link all hangers with a perimeter frame so the coolers aren't structurally loaded at all.

If I had one do over I would have taped cardboard over the core fins until I was done fabricating.

If you’re not looking for such a big cooler this one fits the oem location and is bigger. Its the “saudi” cooler version.

@BlueOvalF22 I'm curious what temps you see after all of this.
The 6R80 trans has a thermostat (technically its a thermal bypass that blocks the cooler until temps are met) and likes to run high 190's low 200's, so once it gets there I don't think it fluctuates very much regardless of cooler size.
Here in TX where ambient is 100 plus most of the time it makes little difference out horsing on it in the heat. I have the Saudi cooler and it did zero to change temps when its over 90F ambient. I am steady 196-202 in the summer.
Coolant temp from blocking so much airflow would be my bigger concern..lol

I was in the CA desert at nearly 120F, took the truck to the gulf coast of TX, and then back where I grew up in MN.

The 5R110W trans in the 6.0 strokes have thermostats too.

When I did lee powersteering I kept the PS cooler in the system too.
