Charging system service now - Gen 3

Curious if anyone on here has heard of a fix for this. I have a gen 3 Raptor and lately the “charge system service now” alert pops up every time I drive the truck. It eventually goes away while driving which is odd. Dealer can’t see anything when looking at the codes but it literally happens every time. Any suggestions??

Did they test the battery? Might be a bad cell.

I would check the battery connections and the fuses myself and make sure everything is tight.

x2 Fuses - I had a good dozen that were not sitting correctly and needed a good push

Has nothing to do with the battery once it’s running. Check your charging voltage

navigate here, config gauges to show battery voltage....voltage when running should be around 14.5-14.7 volts

A loose connection on a particular wire on the positive battery terminal were repoted, including mine, on a few Gen2's.

Reviving this! New Gen 3 showing same warning light, what is the solution?

Check all ground wires.

First I'd check is that smaller red wire that connects to the positive, years ago that was a culprit for many people including myself.
