Ceramic coated Shocks?

    Has anyone thought about this besides me? Not just the shocks, but potentially the wheel wells also. I'm trying calculate how much Kamakazi I'm going to need, and I wanted to see if this was just some crazy idea that was only in my head as far as doing.

    How much more durable is ceramic coating compared to chroming though? Ive seen gold coatings in motocross and others to decrease seal sticking etc, but bikes are a lot lighter then a truck obviously so im not sure if there would be any benefit. Cant remember what the coating was called... Maybe someone here knows

    Its what I'm using for the rest of the truck. And since i have it on hand. Why not ask?
