So it happened. Had the dealer check and confirmed that it was the canister purge valve. Unfortunately not covered under the PT Warranty? (my truck has 45k miles) I had read enough about it on the forums to know that I can replace it myself.
Did you all order the $100 revised oem part from Ford P/N: 9U5Z-9C915-BE?
Or did you all buy the cheap $30 one from a parts store like auto zone? (comes w/ lifetime warranty)
and did any of you have the issue happen again after replacing it with said part?
