New here, have a 801 on order. Truck built this week. Was pretty disappointed about the productivity screen issue and really questioning if I should have just gotten the 802 to begin with. Wondering if anyone has had an order this close to being delivered, canceled, and did a new order through the same dealer? Got a decent deal for a 19 so not sure what kind of response that would elicit. Any first hand experience would be appreciated.

When I ordered mine, I realized I had forgotten to add the tail gate step. It was too late for me to make the change and I had quite a bit more lead time than you.

I ended up canceling my ‘19 order and finding an ‘18 802 for the same as my ‘19 801. ‘18 even had beadlocks. I cancelled for the exact reason you stated about the productivity screen.

I hear you on that, not too many SCABs out there with 802 though. Did you cancel before you went into production?

What is going on with the productivity screen? I thought 19s every trim level got the big screen?

I saw an 801a yesterday and confirmed the instrument cluster screen is the small one. I ordered a 19 801a as well and am very disappointed by this and considering abandoning my order (build sched 1/21) and buying an 802a 2018 as well. I have seen threads where people swap the IP with one from an 802a and get it reprogrammed for miles etc. but apparently it's hard to actually get one of the clusters.

I would do the same or at least change the order. Problem is build was this week and I’d have to burn the relationship I would guess. Can’t imagine same dealership would be willing to give me another allocation at a discount now or in the future.

Every trim gets the big center screen, the head unit, however the 801s were supposed to get the screen between the gauges like the 2018 802. Even the builder online shows it and the order form. Wack on fords part.

Yea it was literally the only scab under 65kmsrp with 802 and cali emissions. If you don’t need CA emissions there are 2 others I found, lmk if you want links.
