Following. Best of luck to you OP, you're a legend if you get this done by yourself!
Thank you, but I have no other chance, in Romania there are no specialists for this very exotic car. Before taking this step, I need to gather as much technical information as possible about this intervention. Moreover, I must have all the necessary parts available.

Are you well versed in engine repair? It’s nothing all that unique for an experienced mechanic, but I wouldn’t recommend attempting it if it’s your first time.

Coronaraptor posted the service bulletin the follow; I can provide you with the repair procedure if you send me a DM.
I don't know what to answer to this question, if I don't know, I will have to learn ... but I have no other alternative, I will not disassemble anything until I have everything I need, the technical procedure for the intervention and all the necessary parts. I am determined to save the engine from possible destruction. What decision would you make if you were in my place?

I just talked to a Ford tech that has done many. He does not pull the body for the phasers.
Yes, it is not mandatory to lift the body, but from what I understand from those who perform such interventions, it is advisable to lift the body for easier access around the engine. Everything is very crowded on this engine, especially since the car is very tall ...

Agreed, that's more for a complete motor replacement.
If you do not have the opportunity to lift the body, it is logical that you can intervene with limited access to the engine. But if you have the opportunity to elevate the bodywork, it would be a shame not to take advantage of this feature ... in case the engine intervention is deeper.

I'm no expert on doing that repair, just going by what I've seen most mechanics that work off of flat rate charge do. In a perfect world, doing the cam phasers replacement on a work bench would be ideal, but not practical. @FordTechOne is the expert when it comes to any repair procedures on Fords or Toyota's (lol).

No need to lift the body. The workshop manual procedure does not include cab removal.

I’m on the list to get mine replaced in the next two weeks. Will they pull the grill assemblies out? I have a behind the grill BD lightbar and wondering if that will give them grief.

You don’t have to remove the body. While you can pull the engine out with the body on, it’s not worth the time for cam phasers. And you you find yourself in deep and can’t get it done inside the frame, you can pull the motor at about any point.
Get yourself a one-month subscription to AllData.com. (Or AllDataDIY.com or something like that) It’s like 20 bucks and will walk you through the whole thing.
In procedures, there will be a “cam phasers body-on (raptor)” procedure that is step by step.
Take your time and follow each step you’ll be good.
Take the wheels off and lower the truck, that helps the arms.
Lay something over the AC radiator if you find yourself resting on it a lot as it’s soft.
AllData.com will show all the special tools needed. Primarily the cam alignment/holding tool.
The only really use I’ve had with the phasers specifically is some of the alignment tools are soft/out of spec and will bend and move, making it a pain to break loose abs torque cam gears. You can use a plumbers wrench to hold a cam in place if needed.
It’s not too bad. Take your time, follow instructions.
