My Built Right’s dash mount arrived, but had a minor defect. I reached out to Matt and he restored my faith in humanity. 20 minutes after I emailed him, Matt replied. He thanked me for letting him know about the issue, apologized profusely, and had already shipped a replacement! Everything about this is amazing, and how more business owners should be. Thanks, Matt!!
