Broken Spark plugs 6.2 F150 2013

I come back to you with my adventures.
Work done on Ford Raptor 150 from 2013, 6.2l.
35,000miles.
When replacing the spark plugs they broke. after 3 spark plugs out of 4 broken, the decision was made to remove the cylinder heads.
impossible to pass an extractor behind the shock head...
And I don't want to take the risk of dropping ceramic in the cylinder.
I the work is well advanced, remains to open the engine.
I managed to get a doc but it is not complete.
Do you have the bolt tightening cylinder head instructions?

So don't wait 10 years to make your sparkplugs.

I waited 11 years to change the plugs on my 2011 6.2L. Aside from the difficulty in accessing the lower banks of plugs (as does nearly everyone), I didn't have any problems. Despite light surface corrosion on the threads of all 16 plugs, all came free of the engine without difficulty or breakage.

I thought the 6.2 had the 1 piece plugs. They should not be a problem to remove. Now if it was the 5.4 that is a totally different story. Those plugs sucked. Broke 5 out of the 8 when the shop changed them at 80,000 miles. I guess when it is time to change plugs, soak them overnight and warm up engine slightly.
