I replaced with the
AC Delco blanks
Last longer than Motorcrap rotors as I only got 11,000 miles out of my rear rotors before warping

I use raybestos police compound pads and raybestos slotted rotors. I have had powerstop on my other F150, and it did not compare to the performance of the raybestos stuff.

I've been using the PowerStop ones for a while - couple sets. They are silent. Make sure to follow instructions for a proper break in. It isn't tough.

Any recommendations for replacing oem pads?
I replaced mine with Napa Ultra Premium Ceramic pads with Reactive One Slotted rotors. They've been great. Had a set of Power Stop kit on another Vehicle and they worked well also.
