2025, 802A if that matters.
Under 10 15 mph the lightest amount of touch it feels like I'm jamming on the brake.
Did had the brake recall done last year, always feels this way until its getting annoying lately.
I know its no longer a vacuum assisted booster so it must has to do with software calibration.
Is there a reset or relearn that dealer can do? I really don't want a dealer visit that will do nothing..

My 2025 801A (late August build) was not part of the brake recall but I do notice at times when at slower speeds the brakes seem to “grab” pretty hard even with light pressure. I hear a pump/vacuum type noise when this happens that sounds like it is coming from behind the dash, I assume it is coming from the master cylinder.

I wouldn’t say this happens all the time though. What does your brake fluid level look like?

Mine does it and its EXTREMELY frustrating. Especially pulling into my garage when its been raining on an epoxy floor. Im afraid one day its going to lock up with a light tap and cause it to slide into the wall.

I had the newest PCM Recall update done and it seemed to have gotten a little better but the other day I noticed it again. 25 802a

That sounds more like the sensors causing it to do emergency braking. My truck will do that in reverse when I am backing into my garage and it is wet…I have to go SUPER slow to keep it from freaking out and locking up the brakes.

I turned that feature off within 24 hours of ownership, couldn't do it.

No this is the pedal being extremely sensitive at low speeds, especially first thing in the morning or on cold start.

Yes, especially cold start, pulling out of garage/driveway, but its all normal when reversing.
Other people driving my truck confirms the same feeling so its not me being oversensitive.
I'm 100% sure its the calibration not mechanical.

Again, If something is not physically broken, actively leaking/dripping, set off error codes repeatedly, or has a TSB, they can't help you. That's my theory on how warranty works.
