It's not on my sticker but I definitely paid for it since the price for my 801a package was $6150

I agree call that customer support and reference the 22LO2 if the dealer is still giving you the run around. give them your VIN so they can verify your address and they know who is the original purchaser also give the dealer a copy of that letter posted above. and ask them if it wasn't included with the truck and wasn't charged then why did I pay the full 6150 and not the 4755 which I shouldn't have been charged. double check your purchase agreement and see if there was a credit of 1395 somewhere. and ask the dealer to show you where that deduction was. good luck with it all.
