BG Premium LOF Service

First oil change at 3000 miles. Dealer insisted on this BG service. Charged 11.85. No big deal on charge but what is this and is it any good will hurt anything.

It is an oil additive, The garage where I always got service work done on my Mercedes slk use to always add it on my oil changes. I never had any issues with the product, I think it helped me get 250k miles of trouble free driving before trading it .
