Removing my stock beadlocks and KO2s and I wanted to know which tire provided the most grip on road? Seems like the Ridge Grapplers make the most contact but what other options are there?
Why did you buy a off-road truck, get rid of the beadlocks and the KO2's, and want the best street tire ? Are you going to lower the truck too ? Maybe put on some spoked Dayton wheels and some white walls ? Just trying to wrap my head around this . . .

Question on your 52’s . Are they hub centric? Are the caps hub centric ? And did they balance out good. I had methods on my gen1 and one rim would never balance out for shit. Even put on a set of hub centric caps and that one rim still sucked.

You are taking off the perfect Raptor tire. Nitto Ridge grapplers would be a minor step up for more dedicated off road/mud. Sounds like you might be wanting an All Weather tire and that would just be a waste on the Raptor. What issues are you trying to address? What road conditions have you thinking you need a change? Mostly wet roads? Mostly snowy roads? If you're going to dumb down the Raptor and make it a specialist for on road driving it helps to know exactly what your going for.
Getting a lot of wheel hop and breaks traction too easily under hard to moderate acceleration. PSA to all, I'm sorry I don't live in the desert or the forest and don't go jumping this truck over the dunes or pissing about in the mud :) Just trying to make it the perfect daily driver for me. Also thinking a more aggressive tire will better 0-60 times. Don't want to lose all the Raptor-ability and buy a standard AT tire - I still want to have grip in mud and wet surfaces like snow. Thanks for everyone's input

Sounds like traction bars or deaver/icon leafs would be better solution to your problem. As would driving in 4A more often lol

Simple - Daily drive my truck in the city and I want to be able to accelerate hard without wheel hopping or breaking traction in 2H. Just because I don't mud/jump/baja this truck, doesn't mean I want to throw its off-road capabilities out the door.

Again- what’s wrong w/ 4A?

There are no tires aside from possibly slicks or DRs that are going to prevent a 450hp/510Tq TRUCK w/ 4.10s & no weight in the back from spinning & wheel hop. The fix for the wheel hop ain’t the tires it’s the suspension/springs.

Putting on all season tires or P rated mall crawler ATs (like a Bridgestone Dueler AT bahaha) would probably make your traction even less than w/ KO2s

Putting any kind of performance tire that comes even close to the contact patch of factory spec would absolutely require going to a much wider wheel as well & you’ll be sacrificing function, look silly, & probably experience even WORSE wheel hop under hard acceleration w/o doing anything to the springs/shocks/axles.

Which again- is what makes it so awesome that the Raptor has a special transfer case w/ wet clutch pack to allow the raptors 4A mode to truly be like awd vs any other truck in “4 auto”

For wheel hop get a KHC torque arm and/or use 4A for those hard accelrations.
