Best Departure Angle WITHOUT Frame Cut

Want to maximize departure angle WITHOUT cutting the frame and retaining tow hitch and reverse sensors.

Thinking to go with an exhaust mod like the KrazyHouse kit that tucks the exhaust tips up and under...that should help some.

What rear bumper is good quality, can retain/integrate tow hitch So I can remove hitch, and retains sensors...while maximizing departure angle.

Thoughts/recommendations?
