Installed the Cravenspeed dead pedal last night. Issue I ran into is that I tightened the top nut too much and broke the stud off the firewall. I decided to just go one better and drill the stud out and nut and bolt the top mount with an M8 bolt rather than the M6 bolt to make it even sturdier. I have some Grade 10 hardware laying around that fit perfect and it was easy to drill the hole in the firewall and install it. Also, instead of using the self tapping screws that came with the kit I used black self tapping screws that I had so they blend into the pedal. Extremely sturdy with zero flex, and doesn't look out of place. :)

Way too big. And right over there where the Mustang pedal is that you said was too far to the left.

I said the Mustang pedal looks out of place because it's so tiny and way too far over. If it was the size of this one it wouldn't be way too far over. I think you're just being butthurt. If you like your tiny pedal, then go ahead.

I do like it. I did "go ahead", long ago. Re-read my post and yours. Yours is in the same place as mine. No butt hurt here. I couldn't give a rats ass.

Since your butt hurts, here is a form for you to fill out. Send it to CNN.

Bought and installed the Cravenspeed dead pedal as well. It's been a month, and no complaints here. Seemed "big" but honestly it looks like it belongs there and offers better foot placement in my opinion.

We'll see if I'm not bitching about it after TRR later this month.

Loving the dead pedal so far. It's been especially useful when I need to lift my ass to pull my wallet out of my back pocket, and a nice place to rest my foot while driving.
