Bed liner rockers

Hey wondering if it would be a good idea to bedliner the rockers and the underside of the floor at the doors and such to prevent rust or will it just rust from the inside out and hold in the moisture and make it worse than just leaving it? Hope that makes sense.

Do you have a sunroof? I think those drains into the rockers is a big part of the problem there, along with the drain slots that clog easily (you can open those up with a screwdriver or small prybar). So if you do have a sunroof and the drains don't extend out of one of the holes in the rocker, spraying bedliner INSIDE there could clog the drains and retain more moisture...but if rust hasn't started on the areas you're going to shoot, I don't think it would hurt...

I did my rockers a couple of years ago and it's held up well. I don't have a sunroof so can't comment about how it drains.
