Bed cover drain holes

New guy question. What are you guys doing for bedcover drain holes? Do I use the holes that are in the bed already or drill holes in the plastic plugs that are in the lower corners of the front of the bed?

I didn't use the drain hoses on my MX4. I think typically if you use them, you drill a hole in the rubber plug in the front of the bed.

I drilled holes in the plastic plugs at the front for my Retrax.

Bakflip here. Used the hose and stuck it in the hole on the side of the bed.

I drilled holes in the plastic plugs. Note, if you have a spray in bed liner and the plugs are sprayed you need to take some care if you want to keep the coating on there. More for aesthetics than anything else.

Yeah there's a vent hole in the corner towards the cab

BakFlip MX4. I used the holes already in the side of the bed, works great never get any water in
