Hello all, new owner. I recently acquired a 2019 with 36k miles. This morning while I was at a red light the auto start/stop engaged (I normally turn it off manually but forgot). I must’ve sat at the light a good 2-3 min, when it finally turned green and I let go of break, it was like the struck shuddered to turn on and the truck fully turned off. I had to put it in park and start it. It’s working just fine now, was curious if it’s happen to anyone or if it’s in fact my battery. Info on battery: it’s still the OEM with date of 04/08/19, at the lowest point the volt meter captures 11.5-12v.

Thanks for reading.

You can have the battery tested at most local auto parts stores. Also make sure no aftermarket components are connected to the battery terminals, that will provide a false reading to the battery management system.
