BAK Flip F1 Outstanding Service

Outstanding service! I received a BAK Flip F1 back in January. The installation was straightforward and took minimal time. The operation of the F1 is phenomenal – very easy to use. The other day, I noticed one of the seals didn’t extend fully from side to side (see pix). I contacted BAK Industries and after explaining the issue, they arranged for production and delivery of a new cover. They also arranged for return shipping of the faulty cover.
