@4x4TruckLEDs.com does this harness still use the green wire w/brown stripe @ the tail light as shown in the Gen2 instructions or a different wire? Thanks in advance!

It installs the same as on the Gen2. In fact, even the Broncos have the same reverse tap. Ford kept things pretty standard. The Lightnings ARE different though (we make a completely different kit for Lightnings).

We've also got a plug and play option available that costs a bit more as it uses a trailer Y-adapter to sit in-line with the trailer harness (which is what we do on the Lightnings)

Do you have any more pics of the Squadron flush mount install?

Just to dogpile here, this is a great mod. I have wide corner squadron sports - not quite as bright as some newer and smaller units but quite respectable light throw in close. I’ve got them tied to reverse on the trailer harness and an up fitter and they’re awesome.

The only issue I’d really correct on my install is I’d go with the S2’s instead of squadrons because it’s easier to drag the squadrons and mess up the aiming.

Did you also flush mount the squadrons?

no, I had the squadron sports up front, upgraded to pros and moved the sports to the rear. I can barely draw a straight line with a ruler, much less cut a straight line. I figured flush mounts would be nice but I’m not that crafty.
