Axle hop explaination and a cheap cure

Ok, can you tell me where to order the leaf spring? I stay in Germany and I can‘t find a shop which do this shop.

I cant tell you where to order a spring like mine, its not an add-a-leaf. I had a spring shop build my leaf pack. They will want to have the leafs so they can arch the spring punch the center hole as well as a hole for the spring clip.
