Hey all: I’m planning on doing some lighting upgrades on my 2019. Many of the light bars I’m looking at draw 20+ amps yet the aux switches have fuses of 15, 10 and 5 amps for switches 1-2, 3-4, and 5-6 respectively. How are people hooking up light bars exceeding these values? Sorry if a dumb question but found a warning from specialty performance parts that they will not be held responsible for damage of exceeding amperage values.

Use a switch to run a relay powering the lights off the battery.

You can any of the aux switches as that side of the relay draws very little amperage... Good luck...

Use a relay for all your lights. They draw very little power. I set up a 40" light bar and use a relay with no problem at all.
