No kidding that is about what it was like. Sounds like it is a Gen1 issue when the perfect storm of temperatures and humidity strike, in other words a normal evening in spring in Oklahoma!
We had a gully washer here last night and today I found very heavy condensation on full oil jugs in my back floor.
