Does anyone run 35 12.5 x17s on stock rims and stock set up? Are they bigger, smaller, wider etc etc? Wanting to replace my stick 315' ko2 with something. Any pics or recommendations are welcome!! Thanks!!

They are about 1/2” taller vs a 315. I ran a set of Nitto Trail Grapplers 35x12.50r17 stock wheels on mid perch with no rubbing.

You don’t need to be on Mid Perch to run 35’s on stock wheels. If you have a Gen 1 the front shocks have 3 height settings. Low, Mid, and Top Perch. After market wheels you might need Mid Perch to avoid rubbing. I ran 35x12.5x17 Toyo Open Country MT’s on stock beadlock wheels stock height no issues.

There isn't much of a size difference between the factory KO's and true 35", you shouldn't worry about rubbing if your sticking with the stock wheel. If your changing your wheel offset, the 1st gen raptors can go to 0 offset before you have to start making modifications like perch adjustments and upper control arms going into negative offsets. If your looking for new mud terrains, I encourage you to check out the new Yokos, I run them on mine and really like them! Nitto and Toyo are pricy but the Yokos are way more affordable and just as good. I ran a dirt drainage ditch at about 80mph, hitting small jumps and they were super grippy! Tire buying tip, if you find the tires you want on Amazon for less, go to discount tire and they will price match. They take into account shipping cost but if your a prime member and get free shipping, you just saved a bunch over buying at the retail price and you don't have to wait for them!

The 35 12.5 x17s is NOT a true 35. upload_2019-8-12_10-46-26.png
The stock KO2s are considered 35s
If you want an actual 35 inch diameter tire you will need to check manufacturers web site and see what tire size gets you that.
I laugh when people think that 35 12.5x17 is somehow an actual 35 compared to the stock KO2. You need to do some research into this
if your looking for a 35 inch diameter tire. Same goes for 37s and all other tire sizes. 37s are actually 36.5 in most cases.

315/70/17 KO2s (both C and E load ratings) are listed as 34.4" diameter.
35x12.5x17 KO2s are listed as 34.5", as you posted.

Basically the same height. The "stock K02s" never existed on Gen 1 trucks BTW. They all came with KOs which were listed at 34.6" diameter. Again, basically the same as the 35x12.5x17 KO2.
