Any idea why?

Friend of mine saw a Raptor in Anacrime that had been caged by Outlaw, and for some reason someone took a sawzall to the A-pillar tube! Any idea why in the world someone would do this?

I have spoken to both Connor and Marvin trying to get an answer for you guys. They are as confused as everyone else.
Does anyone know if only the one tube was cut or all the mounting points?
