You gain a lot more light - I did a post here that explained the differences:

Thanks mate! Last question, based on your experience how often do you need to adjust height of the light beam, once you install these? I never adjusted mine, but I am wondering if I am doing it the right way?

You shouldn't ever have to adjust them actually. I've never had to re-adjust my lights. Once you install your headlights and adjust them, they are good to go.

Call the company and ask if you can purchase a replacement?
