2011 whipple charged raptor,
This has the full alpha 1 kit from 2012.
I am planning to rebuild soon.

Upper control arms, the billet TT version.

What size heim joints and spherical bearing ( upper ball joint, think it's 1.5")

Steering link heim joints.

TK or ? Part numbers would be helpful

Thanks

Was hoping that someone had these part numbers.
Outlaw offroad who made these doesn't have a parts list.
Recommended I take it all apart to figure out what I need.
Guess it's off to the garage..
Also replacing passenger exhaust manifold. New spark plugs. Tracking down a valvetrain tick when cold. Replacing rear door wiring.
Truck has 235,000 miles.
Time for some needed maintenance.

Not familiar with any of the Alpha ! items, but SVC, RPG and Brenthal all used FK uniballs and heims back in the day.
My Brenthal (before baja kits) uses 1 inch FK in UCA and a 1.5 FK in the LCA.
I buy them from Kartek, but you can get them a bunch of places.

Thanks for the info Canuck714, I have it up on stands right now replacing the passenger side exhaust manifold.
Noticed that with the suspension at full droop that all of the heims and both uniballs are worn out. I'll pull one side tonight and get some measurements.
Called Kartec last week and they told me to pull and measure them.
I'll do that and post up some part numbers.

FK rod ends, whether it be a heim or uni-ball, typically have the part numbers stamped on them. You're going to have to pull the suspension, press out the uni-balls from the lower arms, and get the numbers off the old parts. The steering link heims will have different numbers for the inner and outer heims.
