Adding OEM Select Shift to a 2010?

Anyone know how easy or how hard or what it would entail to take off the basic shifter from my 2010 and put one on that has the select shift function, preferably OEM? I really want the capability of driving in Manual mode. Anyone done this yet? Am I crazy? Thanks.
