Here we are again today for Round 2 of new products... We were holding this one back for a bit but have decided to go ahead and show this one off as well... Here is how our Press Release will read:

This new Stock Replacement Spindle will enhance the drivability of your Ford Raptor and give you a piece of mind that when you push your Raptor to its limits you will have products that can withstand the abuse.

The ADD Stock Replacement Spindle will work with both stock and replacement upper control arms, lower control arms, tie-rod ends and brake kits. This spindle is a direct replacement with strength engineered into all of the right places.

What's the material thickness to create the spindle other than the plate ? will this require that stock tapered pins be replaced to 3/4" straight ? last but least is this going to fix the IWE problems ( only could hope ) can't hurt for asking !

The finished thickness of the spindle body is 1 3/4", and is machined to factory specifications which allows all stock components to be used without any additional modifications. The only factory component that has to be upgraded with this spindle is the tie rod, which we offer as a machined billet aluminum assembly with a solid 7/8" heim joint end that is captured in our spindles double shear mount. This spindle does not resolve any existing problems that are related to the IWE, since this is a bolt in part that is not a fabricated part of the assembly.

This new ADD Spindle is the perfect upgrade for your Raptor or F150 Raptor conversion. One of the many unique features that this specific spindle offers is the integrated progressive turn stop which ensures matched factory turning radius without having to limit or modify any of the stock components to operate safely. This spindle has been rigorously evaluated and cycled in Solidworks and real world tested, ensuring smooth operation, optimal strength, as well as eliminating any possibility of crashing between components. In addition our upper and lower mounts are machined out of 4130 Chromoly providing optimal strength and long term durability over the stock part. Another feature that this spindle boasts is the heavy duty double shear tie rod mount which is designed to work with our billet aluminum tie rod upgrade kit, and results in a much better integration between components, reducing slack and bump steer under extreme conditions. As you look at this new spindle the quality, strength and durability that is built into this part is very clear, and is a must have upgrade for any Raptor or F150 Raptor conversion.

Looks like ADD has put a lot of thought into the mass who will be using this spindle, I have bought the Rogue Racing replacement spindle which overall looks to be a good product but IMF of the first issue I see RR hasn't incorporated a stop into the design. This issue will have to addressed before any aggressive off-roading due to the fact that I have the RPG dual 3.0 which makes it mandatory to limit the turning radius.
