How professional does one need to be to install the ADD Pro? And by that I mean is it best sent to a shop or can an experienced hobbiest handle it without too much fuss.

You could do it taking your time and using the right tools. I'm not too familiar with the IC relocation but cutting the horns is pretty straight forward.

it is certainly doable. I'd consider myself a pretty experienced hobbyist. I was initially sweating bullets when it came time to do the chop for my svc bumper ( super similar cut-wise).

Use masking tape. Ask for photos. Take your time.

Measure 4 times, cut once.

That being said, we're not talking about the need for precision cuts to the mm.

I used an angle grinder and cutting wheel.

I also did a rear dovetail bumper. ( and chopped the exhaust just beyond the muffler, then did turn downs. )
