I am thinking the aftermarket intercooler’s are all a bunch of hype keep the stock on it fits perfect everything connects to it perfect and you don’t lose the air dam in between your front bumper.

The upgraded intercooler is the single most important bolt-on performance upgrade you can make on these trucks. The factory intercooler is grossly undersized and heatsoaks extremely easily. Additionally, multiple aftermarket tuners require upgraded intercoolers for their higher power ECU tunes.

Additionally, upgraded intercoolers can fit in the factory location with little to no modification.
