I disabled ANC before modding the stereo... It’s very subtle TBH, and would be difficult to in normal driving. For me, I noticed it more when I shut everything down - blower, radio, cooled seats and drone.

Honestly, I would not go to the trouble of disabling it again.
Unless you notice some weirdness going on after the upgrade.
