Yes, I also contacted them. Ordered a pair from them. They took a week to respond that they didn't have any. I ask them why they have them listed if they don't have 'em. They never responded. I see they still list them. What a sham.

Ford makes a clip specially for those. My crown Vic has them... Still trying to find the part number.

I do like what you did tho

I'm aware of that. Tried to find a part number with no success. Posted a PM to a FRF member that said he got some clips...what, where, when, and all that. He never responded. Also, posted a PM to another member about the Ford Racing Blue color...what, where, when, and all that. Also, got no response, so did it myself.

I will have an extra set of blue covers down the road a bit for anyone that is interested. I'm in them fairly deep, so they won't be cheap.

All of the dealerships sell each CAM cover individually, not as pairs, as they have separate part numbers.

Found the clip. Comes on the my2011 plug wire

Yes, I saw those. At $101.20 for a set, or even at $70.40 for a set at Ford Parts Giant, I'll pass. The clip looks to be a form of a zip tie type similar to what I cut off of the plug wires on this 2014. I haven't found that Ford sells them individually independent of the wire itself. Then there are the wire harness fasteners too. Three per cover, also a form of zip tie. If it's like the plug wires, then they would be a part of the wire harness, also not available separately.

Also i tested the metal and 100% they are aluminum. Which raises the question if the original 2011 were aluminum too...as well as the Ford racing ones

@ogdobber I can't remember if it was going around here or the Facebook group but someone was selling colored oil fill caps. Made of aluminum or something I don't exactly recall. But there were a few different color options. That would look real good on yours now. The cheap plastic one looks exactly like that.

Rick would know the details, I believe he got one. @RDFTS
