3rd Annual Silver Lake Shakedown!

It looks like the Raptor Junkies is hosting their third annual Silver Lake Shakedown in Mears, Michigan Friday May 19th-Sunday May 21st! I’ve gone the past 2 times and it was a blast meeting new people and playing in the sand dunes and trails! Ford Performance usually brings a few prototypes out too to run with us and chit chat. The cost is $295 before April 15th and then increases to $395 after. More info and signups can be found here!:

So, I take it that the "track" part is more like off-road trails? (which I would actually prefer)

Great question! I asked the organizers and there will be dune riding and trails! They are still working to solidify some dirt track time too. Also there will be a night cruise and doing some night stuff at the dunes around sunset.

If you have never been to Silver Lake sands dunes with a Raptor, you are missing out. It's a perfect environment to go full send! Have a blast.
