Can you post the contact information for opening a case for others that may run into issues down the line.

Had a feeling it was something 'simple' and let's keep fingers crossed for that. And yes Autonation sucks...would never buy anything from them (or Sonic).

Another thing to note about AutoNation...they have their own line of filters, and they will install that cheap aftermarket junk instead of an OEM filter if you go there for an oil change. Which means many of these AutoNation stores (they are managed at that level for certain things) will charge you for the Ford "Works" package, and then install an AutoNation filter and whatever oil they feel like using. This is across all OE franchises that they own, it's not limited by brand. I have a friend who works for FCA, he did an audit of factory maintenance packages and found out they were using their own junk instead of Mopar; he dropped the hammer on them. We're talking hundreds of thousands of dollars in chargebacks across a franchise that large.

Let’s go!! Should have it back hopefully tomorrow. I’ll be bringing a printed copy of the list of things to look for and won’t be leaving without a thorough inspection.

Finally got the truck home and shes running good! The dealership did a pretty decent job cleaning the undercarriage. I cant see any residue or oil. Time will tell.... Ready to get the mods started... Going through the Gen3 factory issues checklist and have crossed the unseated fuses off the list. They were all not seated all the way through. Removed loose tape, adjusted tire pressure to 38, scheduled window tint. Venomrex wheels already inbound. RPG collars and Foutz rear spacers on order... Thats about it for now... thx for the support and encouragement.

What are you going to do for tint? Any idea on cost?

My usual setup - 20% front windows / 50% rear / 85% on front windscreen. Usually $400 plus $125 for windshield full ceramic. I recently came across https://flexfilmstore.com/collections/automotive-window-tint but havent tried it yet. Might just be the latest and greatest marketing pitch but who knows.
